I fell in LOVE...

5 things to <3 about this weekend

1. I might actually like red lipstick-- thanks to one of my besties brandi for getting me some, I pretty much use it everyday!

2. I can finally wear boots and sweaters and still be cold! I love bundling up.

3. Starbucks Salted Carmel Hot Chocolate! ARE you serious?! This is amazing!

4. I'm starting to like country and have fallen in love with the new ABC show Nashville- Hayden is gorgeous!

5. Football is SO much enjoyable live then watching it on tv!

and I got to spend time with my best friend and love of my life!

Utah State Fair

I mark my calender every September for the annual State Fair. Yes, I know I'm not in junior high and want to go ride every ride.. but sure, I will go and enjoy my cotton candy, tiger ears and good few hours of people watching. I mean nothing suites me better then walking around and seeing so many random people and random products being sold in one place!

Not that I was home sick... but I was home sick.. The sick that makes you want your Mom to make all your meals for you, wash your laundry and clean up your room sickness. I slipped away from the hustle and bustle of Utah, to spend some time with my Family back home in Idaho.

Picnic in the Park

Gorgeous September day to have a fun picnic. Alex and I randomly decided on the last minute to have a picnic at the park. We went to the grocery store, picked out our favorite snacks, and headed over to a local park. Having dated for almost 6 years, you would think that we would have done this simple activity before.. but no, this was our first picnic that we have ever had! To say the least, it was fun and delicious!
